I had a very disappointing experience with Lisa at Excellent Massage in Katy. The service did not meet expectations at all. Communication was poor, the session felt rushed, and the overall professionalism was lacking. I left feeling more frustrated than relaxed. For the price charged, I expected a much better experience and a higher level of customer care. Unfortunately, I would not recommend her. If skinny lady lisa is there run 🏃‍♂️.

Michelle did a very amazing job. Very good deep tissue massage help my back out a lot.

Don't try Bella she cheated me out with time n wanted more tips , I was rushed n didn't completed the full body massage I ask for deep tissue i got medium, the other girls were good, now not to Great I'll try some one else

Worst massage, I wouldn’t even go here if it was free. They used a weird rolling pin thing that feels awful and didn’t care that it was jamming into my bone. She didn’t use oil for a while so then it was just dry skin pulling and tugging which is awful. When she did use oil she slathered a ton on. She kept rubbing over the same spot over and over where it became irritated. The lady stopped multiple times mid massage to check the front door which was rude. Additionally when she walked out she left the door open which is very inconsiderate considering you’re lying on the table with barely any clothing. They had no sheet to put over you just a small towel. Absolutely worse experience ever. When she asked if I wanted to put a tip on she seemed unhappy with the amount I said. I honestly didn’t want to leave her anything but still did. I get massages often and came here because my place was busy no idea how there are any good reviews.
